Long before we knew that we would be photographing Colleen and Ryan's wedding, we had fallen in love with their story. Like many, it was full of ups and downs, but what made their story different is their unwavering love and dedication for one another. It seems as if these two can overcome any hurtle unscathed! Even their proposal (found here) was one of those stories that you just know will be told to their children and grandchildren with smiles on their faces.
One of my favorite parts of their day (it really is hard to pick a true favorite part of such an awesome day!) was when Colleen's father brought Colleen and Ryan up to him at the reception and gave his blessing, something Ryan & Colleen had been waiting for for a very long time. Tears, smiles, and cheers were the only appropriate response, and that is exactly what they got!
Her grandmother's brooch was with her when she walked down the aisle...
I love this moment with her parents before the ceremony...
Ryan doesn't say much, but that smile says it all!
I LOVE the teal!
As we all did, she just stared at Colleen and that beautiful dress!
The maids of honor needed a kiss as well!
This ceremony location was just so perfect!
They were always smiling at one another! I love the gitty happiness...
I'm telling you these two are all smiles!
Does anyone else adore wood beams at a reception? I am a sucker for them!
The father daughter dance... I don't have words...
